Scramble 4 Scholarships Golf Tournament
The Rotary Club of Greater San Marcos will host its tenth annual "Scramble for Scholarships" golf tournament on Friday, May 18 at the Plum Creek Golf Club in Kyle, Texas. The event will benefit local scholarships through the EarlyAct program, which helps young minds as they move forward with higher education. The tournament is open to the public. Registration will begin at 12:30 p.m., and the tournament will be a four-person scramble format with a shotgun start at 1:30 p.m. Prizes will be awarded for first, second and third place. Dinner will be provided by Saltgrass Steakhouse for participants following the tournament. The entry fee is $100 per player or a team of four may enter for $340. The entry fee includes the round of golf, a goody bag, three beverage tickets, one door prize and dinner. Sponsorships are welcomed and will be recognized at the event and on the Rotary Club of Greater San Marcos website. A list of the available sponsorship packages can be found below.
